The U.S. Energy Information Administration has issued it’s short term energy forecast. Here is the chart for residential electricity:

The rates for 2016 are forecast to be the same as 2015 rates. The numbers on the chart are a bit high for the deregulated states that Techfluence and Avatar serve. The rate seasonality is readily apparent in the chart.
